The U.S. Department of Justice reports that about 1 of 5 college women will be sexually assaulted. The investigative unit of NPR collaborated with the Center for Public Integrity (CPI) to see where school systems and governmental agencies are going wrong in solving these problems.
Laura Dunn (left, picture courtesy of : NPR.org), a student of the University of Wisconsin at the time, said nothing about what happened to her in April 2004. According to the report, after drinking too much at a fraternity party, Laura was taken advantage by two men who she knew and trusted.Click here to take a look at the article and listen to the story.
