Now I know y'all are familiar with this one. (For one, I've blogged about them before)

Hailing from the University of Maryland, College Park campus, FlyBoy Radio has been providing not only the campus, but a preeetttyyy good amount of the DMV with some live parties.

I showed up to their last party #ohyoufancyhuh? and had a ball. For anybody who had to stay in the area for summer school or work, they've definitely kept it poppin' for them.

At this point we've only got one more full week until school starts and FlyBoy Radio wants to end the summer right with DEAR SUMMER.

Sonic coming to the DC & MD?

When I was younger, I always wanted to work at a Sonic.
I don't think I really ever liked their food but it was just something about how they rolled around in those skates that made me want to be a part of the Sonic team! lls!

Although they show so many commercials in the Maryland and DC areas, with the skates, smiles, food platters and all ... there is not one Sonic in the area! Well today I saw a "PSA" on twitter saying there was one finally coming! I dug around to see if I could find more about the rumor.

Apparently, there's one already open for business (10am-10pm) in Baltimore:

8212 Liberty Road
Baltimore, MD, 21244 -- at the intersection of  Rolling Road.

I don't know anything about B-more, but if you want more info you can go to the Sonic of Baltimore Facebook fan page.


Last year there were a few discussions about more of them in the area but it looks like things have died down a bit.

So yeah... want Sonic real bad? Go to Bmore.

First update ... I cut my hair! -- Why? ... It was time.
